What Happens When?

12th April – 18th June 2021

What your teachers will do:

  • Put together a basket of evidence to decide your result
  • They will tell you which pieces of evidence will be used to support your result
  • They will follow the school’s policy for producing TAGs (Teacher Assessed Grades)
  • They will not tell you your result
  • Submit results to the exam boards by 18th June 2021

What you must do:

  • Complete work set by your teacher
  • Let your teacher know if you think you were disadvantaged at the time you completed the work which is included in your basket of evidence
  • Not ask your teacher what your result is
  • Confirm you understand the process for exam results in summer 2021

19th June – 16th July

What your teachers will do:

  • Work with exam boards to carry out any requests for sample checks of evidence

Tuesday 10th August

  • A Level, BTEC National, and OCR Technical results day, further details about results day will follow.

Thursday 12th August

  • GCSE, BTEC First, Cambridge National, and WJEC Level 1/2 results day, further details about results day will follow

Monday 16th August

  • Deadline for students to request a priority review of results results  

Monday 23rd August 

  • Deadline for school to submit a priority appeal with exam boards

Friday 3rd September

  • Deadline for students to request a centre review of results

Friday 17th September

  • Deadline for school to submit an appeal with exam boards
