“Whatever you do to the least of my brothers, so you do unto me”
(Matthew 25: 31-46)
Charity is an essential part pf school life at St Francis Xavier’s College and all members of our school community are active participants in the charitible life of our school.
We encourage our students to care for those that are less fortunate than themselves at all times.
The word Charity has its root meaning in the latin ‘Caritas’, which means love. Love for others should be the aim of all that work in a Catholic community.
“A new command I give you: Love one another. As I have loved you, so you must love one another. By this everyone will know that you are my disciples, if you love one another.”
John 13: 34-35
